Chef Allicia Miranda is to thank for the unique menu options Chattan Loch has to offer. Her creativity with food was created by her prior years of culinary experiences. She comes to us from the Shawnee Country Club in Lima, Ohio, after earning her Culinary Arts Degree.
Her expertise range from Private Personal Diners and Personal Chefing, to catering banquets of large quantities. Her past work with teaching cooking classes has made her create unique food pairings for our monthly beer and wine club events.
With over 13 years of experience, Chef Allicia understands the importance of teamwork and what each member can bring to a dining establishment. The crew she leads, along with herself, takes pride in Chattan Loch’s importance of preparing fresh food with local ingredients.
